These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of the Muallac puzzle app ("Muallac", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Muallac you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Using Muallac

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Muallac on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules. Muallac needs an internet connection to load puzzles and save your progress.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its puzzles;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access our server, or try to disrupt, overload or get around its limits;
• unlock paid features without paying for them.

Premium

• Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are decided by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• You can restore a purchase on another device signed in with the same Apple ID using "Restore purchases" in Settings.

Free features, hints and ads

Much of Muallac is free. The free version shows ads, and you can choose to watch an ad to get an extra hint. Hints have no cash value, can't be transferred and may be lost if you delete the app. We may change which features are free or included in Premium, how many days you can open, and the puzzles and games on offer.

Our content

The app, its puzzles, word lists, design and the Muallac name belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the app as described here.

Availability

We work to keep Muallac running, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that your progress will never be lost. We may pause the service for maintenance, change it, or stop offering it. If we stop offering Premium, we'll follow the App Store's rules for active subscriptions.

Disclaimer and liability

Muallac is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Muallac in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Muallac at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on our content, disclaimer and liability continue to apply after that.

Apple

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Muallac and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Muallac.
• If Muallac fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for Muallac.
• Apple is not responsible for handling claims about Muallac, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, or claims that it infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continuing to use Muallac after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
